Responsibilities:
• The key specialist of the ERP interface with other systems (NetSuite, POS, Shopify)
• Communicate with business users to gather business requirements
• Support & troubleshoot systems for designated business units
• Regular maintenance and update of website and online store
• Liaise with external vendors on system support or enhancements
• Assist maintenance of networking, hardware and software
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Information Technology/ Business Administration / Digital Marketing or relevant disciplines
• At least 3 years solid experience
• Good knowledge in Excel; ERP/POS/Online Store experience is an advantage
• Work experience in Shopify and RPA is a plus
• Proactive, quick-learning and self-driven with enthusiasm to evaluate and implement new technologies
• A good team player with good communication skills and problem-solving mindset
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant E-commerce Support Specialist
