We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist.

Principal Responsibilities
• Provide legislative and regulatory support / guidance to Premier and Advance Wealth Sales force and significantly improve productivity of the sales force by providing superior support
• Provide internal technical consultancy in all aspects of insurance sales
• Work with Head of Technical Support to share best practices and supporting the development of performance of the network teams
• Support frontline sales staff in improving client satisfaction, sales quality, relevant product penetration and deepening and building the client relationship with HSBC while ensuring we maintain a profitable scale and increase revenue per client
• Drive market leading standards for conduct and controls in line with HSBC Values and expectations

Requirements
• Experience in Insurance sales, process or back office
• Strong communication, time management and organizational skills
• Must be a team player, enthusiastic in driving and implementing communication plans
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Cantonese, good spoken Mandarin is an added advantage
