Enterprise Solution Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee multiple projects systems organizations focusing on the broader landscape defining the overall target and aligning projects within the AXA Hong Kong landscape working at the Architecture Strategy level covering Business Architecture Information System Architecture and Infrastructure Architecture. This role will involve working closely with business teams and other stakeholders driving the implementation of the defined strategy by structuring project assets guiding the solutions structure and creating the Solution Architecture for the project when existing standards or guidelines are not sufficient. The role will also involve enterprise architecture solution architecture and technology incubation responsibilities including defining target architecture aligning with the overall business strategy and in compliance with HK enterprise architecture security compliance legal regulation etc. Additionally the role will involve research market trends and identifying upcoming solutions conducting POC testing and reporting results to ensure solutions remain competitive against the market trends. We are looking for a professional with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field and minimum 8 years of relevant experience with 3+ years in solution architecture role and 1 year in a leadership role. The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies TOGAF and experience in designing solution which leverage Azure Cloud platforms and Containerization Platform OpenShift preferred. Experience in cloud first solution architecture and move to cloud is also required. The candidate should have proven experience in steering enterprise-wide IT systems and applications implementation and experience in vendor management finance and resource estimation and cloud technology enterprise architecture cyber security or related areas certifications are an advantage. The ideal candidate should also have strong interpersonal negotiation and influencing skills strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with being organized structured and assertive.
