Sales Assistant/ Coordinator at Hong Kong (Driving License Required)

Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare sales quotation and lab test reports
• Provide full spectrum electrial and adminstrative support to Sales Team
• Update client's list and system database
• Handle customer's enquires
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned, including but not limited to outdoor assignments

Requirements:
• Degree holder or above in any disciplines with at least 2-3 years' experience in sales adminstration
• High proficiency in MS Office applications with Chinese Word processing
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Strong in prioritize workload in order to meet strict deadlines, willing to OT
• Independent and able to work under pressure
• Self-motivated and Multitasking
• Immediately available is highed preferred
• Applicants with valid driving licenses, clean records, and knowledge of Hong Kong roads and traffic rules will be prioritized
