What You'll Be Doing
• Developing strategies and executing digital marketing campaigns to meet our clients' business goals
• Analysing account performance and providing proactive improvement strategies
• Developing client and product knowledge by proactively contributing to digital marketing strategies and delivering insights in terms of competitor and environment feedback
• Working closely with our extensive teams in APAC/EU as well as the account team at the HK office to ensure the quality of service across clients
• Leading multichannel strategy, planning, and implementation
• Managing client budgets
• Getting involved in business development, including attending prospective pitches
• Delegating and organising priorities as a Team Lead
• Helping the team retain great relationships with our clients by taking calls, responding to emails, taking part in presentations, and attending face-to-face meetings
Requirements
The Skills We're Looking For
• Minimum 5 years of digital marketing activation experience, preferably in a digital agency, with at least 2 years in people-management role
• Understanding all digital channels dynamics with brand / performance marketing experience
• Digital media planning / strategy experience (including PPC, Display and Social) in particular e-Commerce business
• Knowledge in consumer behavior and ability to connect insights with media activation
• Proven track record in managing complex accounts with multiple stakeholders
• Hands-on knowledge in Google's Product Suite (Google Ads - Search, Display & Video, CM360, SA360, etc.)
• Demonstrating ability to perform and work in a highly dynamic and rapid-changing environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills with internal team and external client
• Ability to articulate yourself concisely, both verbally and with written work
• Highly developed analytical / numeracy skills to develop solutions on meaningful data
• Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
• Knowledge of SQL & offline media planning/ buying is a plus
