WHAT YOU'LL DO
Oversee the daily operations, and team management to ensure a motivated guest service focused front-line team and the achievement of business targets.
Manage hotel operations functions, including Front Desk, Community Engagement, Housekeeping and Engineering divisions.
Work closely with Reservations, Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, Finance departments to ensure the property performs to budget and profitability targets.
Responsible for the customers’ satisfaction including VIPs and handling escalated and emergency cases
Ensure long-term business growth aligned with the company's vision, core values, and established policies and procedures
Participate in the development of annual, mid-term, and long-term financial and marketing plans, as well as budgeting, in line with the group's business and marketing strategies
Develop and execute strategic and analytical decisions to guide teams in achieving the hotel's financial goals
Responsible for all community engagement, including but not limited to partnerships and events
Provide guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards, monitoring their performance and providing regular coaching.
Maintain and control the room system and its actual status, coordinating efficiently with all other departments
Create and review SOPs, improve and streamline the procedures
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders such as the General Manager, External Vendors and Department Leaders.
Build and maintain management and financial reports in collaboration with Finance Team
Work with senior management team on ad-hoc initiatives and projects
Develop and drive recruitment and training for the Community Team
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Strong understanding of hospitality and the sharing economy.
7+ years of solid operations experience with at least 5 years of management experience
Strong skill sets in critical thinking and communication skills
Excellent leadership, emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity
Embrace change, open-minded with a teamwork spirit
Hospitality experience is a huge plus, or show us the people person that you are
Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a plus
