Responsibilities:
• Assist the partnership development and relationship management efforts with our business partners
• Plan and execute the day to day partnership activities that align with the long-term business objectives, drive revenue growth and enhance customer experiences including but not limited to seminars, webinars, events, lead generation campaigns, and offers
• Coordinate with business partners and internal stakeholders to support the design and execution of partnership initiatives
• Assist to design the customer journey, agent journey and operational flows together with workgroup members to support the launch of business and partnership projects
• Assist to act as the day-to-day contact point with internal functions like agency, lead , marketing, compliance, products, SHR, IT service management
• Work with IT service management team, timely communicate the IT outrage to business partner
• Perform data massage for regular business reporting to monitor the partnership’s effectiveness
• Ad hoc lead status and policy issuance checking
• Provide internal stakeholders with timely updates when necessary
• Write business requirements and perform testing as a business user
• Respond to ad hoc request from business partner and the team
Qualifications:
• University graduate in business, marketing or related field
• 1 to 2 years of experience in business analysis or life insurance industry
• Strong communication skill – written and spoken
• Well organized, self-motivated and a good team player
• Analytical, be able to visualize opportunities, issues and correlation from data
• With insurance industry partnership development experience is an advantage
• Experience working in a start-up or entrepreneurial environment is a plus
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua
