Junior System Engineer

Job responsibilities
• Design and implement cost-effective hardware and software systems architectures that satisfies project requirements;
• Identify and analyse system integration problems, formulate and implement corrective and preventive plans;
• Lead and coordinate with system administrators and all project team members in implementation, configuration, testing, system rollout and maintenance;
• On-call for support cases;
• Willing to work on additional tasks and responsibilities that will contribute towards team, department, and company goals;
• System engineer may work for clients in different time zones and will work accordingly in the client’s time zone when assigned

Job requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience as system engineer. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply as a trainee;
• Should expect to provide 7×24 on-call for emergency production incidents and provide on-site support for fire-fighting Worked in a global role in a multi-national company is an advantage;
• Experience in delivering support to end-users via remote connection applications over the Internet;
• Experience in Windows Server, RedHat Enterprise Linux and Cloud Platforms;
• Good co-ordination – Experience designing infrastructure solutions;
• Understanding of SaaS, AWS, AzureProduction Support, ITIL workflow;
• Knowledge of firewall settings and infrastructure security;
• Knowledge of MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle, or another database;
• Knowledge of DevOps, Docker, K8s, Ansible is a plus;rganization
