System Engineer, Network

Responsibilities:
• Managing and overseeing network operations related systems, ensuring their smooth operations. This includes troubleshooting problems and maintaining detailed documentation.
• Implementing and maintaining backup and security policies to fulfill company compliance requirements.
• Identifying potential system issues proactively and manage system enhancement projects from end to end.
• Provide overall support and coordination, as well as handling other daily operational tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in system administration and engineering
• hands-on experience in scripting and Linux system administration including OS and security patching.
• Knowledge of major data programming languages such as Python, Hadoop, Oracle RDBMS, PL SQL preferred.
• Knowledge in supporting DNS, Microsoft Windows Servers, VMWare, Firewall, network switch, VPN, SSO and TCP/IP networking.
• Good communication and vendor management skills with a teamworking mindset
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
• Holder of CCNA certification is an advantage.
