Product Strategist

Product Executive Role

As a Product Executive at China Mobile International Limited, you will be responsible for designing and enhancing our products to meet business objectives. You will work closely with stakeholders to refine our product roadmap and introduce new digital technologies to ensure our products remain competitive.

Key Responsibilities
• Analyze and refine product requirements with our teams to ensure high-quality solutions that align with our business and IT strategy.
• Lead project implementation by coordinating with mobile network operators and third-party vendors globally, ensuring smooth project integration and meeting desired timelines.
• Assist in building and enhancing service support and operation flows to optimize product ROI.
• Support customer touchpoints enhancement according to sales and marketing plans, introducing new digital tools as needed.

Requirements
• Degree holder in IT, Telecommunications, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• 2+ years of experience in the telecommunication industry.
• Basic understanding of B/OSS architecture and good knowledge of network protocols and API types.
• Experience in online e-commerce systems and good understanding of website design and digital marketing tools and tactics.
• Passion for making a difference, self-motivated, result-oriented, and good sense of customer service needs.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional units and establish cross-functional relationships.
• Good communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Positive, confident, presentable, and able to listen and articulate.
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is a must.
