The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent leadership skills, and extensive experience in machine learning and predictive modeling. You will lead a team of data scientists and data engineers, playing a crucial role in optimizing our distribution strategies and improving agent performance through advanced data analysis. Roles and Responsibilities: Manage and mentor a team of data scientists and data engineers, encouraging a collaborative and innovative environment. Develop and implement advanced machine learning models to improve agent performance and optimize distribution strategies. Use advanced analytics techniques to generate insights and optimize decision-making processes. Develop and establish dashboards and reports to monitor critical metrics. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and IT, to align data initiatives with business goals. Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data collected from various sources. Develop and improve algorithms for agent segmentation and targeting. Deliver actionable insights to optimize agent recruitment, retention, and efficiency. Minimum Job Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. We prefer candidates with at least 8 years of experience in data analysis, specifically in machine learning and predictive modeling. Leadership experience is also preferred, especially in the insurance or financial services industry. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R. Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, or PyTorch. Expertise in both conceptualizing and building AI/ML models. Advanced knowledge of SQL for data manipulation and querying. Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to interpret complex datasets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
