Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement digital and analytics strategies that align with business goals and objectives
• Collaborate with senior management to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for digital innovation
• Design and deliver compelling presentations and reports to senior management and stakeholders
• Conduct research and analysis to identify new technologies and trends that can benefit the organization
• Build strong relationships with business groups across the enterprise and develop a deep understanding of their challenges and opportunities
• Guide local business units in analyzing current maturity and defining target states
• Ensure visibility and collaboration between IT and business
• Promote a business-first and purposeful mentality
• Work with enterprise and domain architects to enable core capabilities and value streams
• Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by reporting manager

Requirements
• Experience in business strategy development and planning
• Minimum 4 years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting or 8 years of management consulting in the insurance or financial services sector
• Experience working internationally in Asia
• Ability to understand organizational complexities and develop future-state models
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence and partner with key stakeholders
• Knowledge of current trends and innovations in technology and business software applications
• Experience handling budgets and capital investments preferred
