Our Client, Deloitte, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAP FICO Senior Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be the key member of the business engagement service team, responsible for end-to-end management of SAP solutions, applications, and processes. This role requires strong expertise in business process reengineering, solution design, configuration, and collaboration with Finance users and other IT team members to define and manage project scope, deliverables, and timelines for full-cycle implementation. Work you'll do
Manage relationships and liaise with finance and other business stakeholders to identify areas of improvement, ensuring effective communication and alignment with business objectives.
Own the high-level design, blueprints, and architecture for SAP solutions and processes, focusing on GL, AR, AP, Timesheet, WBS, management account and statutory account reporting.
Optimize financial processes and data across systems, including data integrity, data conversion, data mapping, and data integrations.
Research and recommend alternatives to resolve conflicts between business requirements and standard system functionality in SAP.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure that the solution and technology architectures align with enterprise guidelines and standards.
Engage with the global community to understand the impact of the global technology strategy on the local firm in China.
We are looking for someone with
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or relevant experience and accomplishments.
Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP implementation, including at least 3 years of experience in SAP S4/Hana design and customization, with a strong focus on FI and PS modules.
Experience configuring all areas of SAP FI and PS, as well as integration with non-SAP systems via RFCs, BAPIs, Web Services, OData or Open Hub Destination.
Good understanding of project management methodologies and SDLC.
Sound experience with ABAP development is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical teams.
Excellent influencing and reasoning skills, adept at conflict resolution and consensus building.
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
Familiarity with SAP technologies, trends, and best practices in FI, PS, and analytics.
Applications: SAP FI, PS, MM, SD, and custom development in ABAP.
Data: SAP BW4/Hana and Microsoft SQL Server.
Reporting: SAP Business Objects.
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Good understanding of the corporate strategic planning process.
Strong organizational skills, including setting priorities, developing work schedules, monitoring progress, and tracking details, data, information, and activities.
