We have a beautiful design studio in the heart of Hong Kong’s lively Sheung Wang district– this is where the team works hard every day to ensure that Sands China’s core corporate strategy of Design Excellence is implemented in every detail for every item - ensuring a magical luxury experience is enjoyed by every one of our treasured guests.

Your Role:

We are seeking a highly creative and style-savvy Designer to join our team and contribute to our prestigious hospitality projects. As a Designer, you will work closely with the Design Lead to develop or specify products, objects, and uniforms that enhance the overall aesthetic and guest experience of hotel rooms, F&B spaces, and special guest experiences.

Responsibilities:
• Support the design process through visual research, concept development, and detail design
• Strong visual presentation skills
• Conduct sample checks for materials and quality to ensure high standards
• Provide product styling to enhance installations and create captivating guest experiences
• Collaborate with the team to deliver projects on time and meet tight deadlines
• Demonstrate attention to detail, knowledge of materials, and understanding of production processes

Our Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic or Industrial Design (or other creative area) is preferred
• 3 years or above proven experience in product, fashion or graphical design specifically in a luxury or creative segment, e.g. hospitality industry, design house etc.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and narrative driven design solutions
• Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, and processes
• Ability to interpret and translate design concepts into tangible deliverables
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering multiple projects of high-quality work within tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design ideas effectively
• Collaborative and adaptable nature, able to work effectively within a team environment
• Open-mindedness, creativity, and a passion for delivering exceptional design experiences
• Fluent in English is preferred
