IT Security Assistant Manager

Scope:

Responsible for maintaining, supporting and deploying security devices and solutions (Firewall, IDS/IPS, Remote Access, Multi-factor Authentication, Log aggregation platform, etc.) related daily operations, projects and administration.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain detailed notes and produce professional investigative reports
• Configure, implement, maintain and troubleshoot a wide variety of information security devices
• Tune, patch and upgrade information security tools for optimum performance and platform security
• Respond to events/incidents with knowledge, efficiency, and professionalism
• Create, develop, and maintain detailed design documentation
• Prepare, document, and maintain standard operating procedures and protocols
• Collaborate with team members and business teams to troubleshoot system
• Submit and respond to tickets from an automated ticketing system
• Prepare change management items and participate in the Change Approval Board (CAB) meetings
• Must be able to respond to calls as needed (24/7)

Requirements:
• Diploma or above in IT or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of experience with at least 5 of the following core competencies:
• System Administration
• Network Administration
• Installing and implementing security appliances
• Capacity planning
• Network architecture
• Firewall administration
• IDS/IPS installation, implementation and maintenance
• Remote Access administration
• Implement web site security measures, such as firewalls or message encryption
• Multi-factor Authentication solution installation, implementation, integration and maintenance
• Anti-virus an anti-malware hardware and software
• SIEM/Log Aggregation Platform installation, implementation and maintenance
• Information Security incident response
• Secure configuration management
• Possess industry recognized information security and/or information technology certifications such as CCSE, PCNSE and CCNP etc.
• Must be able to design, install and implement information security solutions that integrate with the existing infrastructure
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with vendors other Team Members of different backgrounds and levels of experience
• Problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a constantly changing environment
• Must be self-motivated and a team player collaborating with team
• Ability to manage deadlines and changing priorities
• Fluent in Cantonese and English, preferably with conversational Mandarin
• Low frequency of business travel to Macao is required
