Industrial and Graphic Designer - Fast Growing Company!

We are a 30-year-old Hong Kong consumer product exporter to international markets, organized as a group of companies in Shatin Fotan, with a manufacturing facility employing 1000+ employees, in Huizhou Municipality, Guangdong Province, China. We are looking for an experienced and talented Industrial and Graphic Designer to assist and manage the designing function at our HK headquarter and growing manufacturing facilities. This position will work directly with our Company’s senior leadership team to provide, develop and guide the designing agenda that supporting the Company’s development goals. We expect this role not only to provide the best-in-class designing but also lead the change to seek and learn the best-in-class ideas and practices.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for graphic design for products, packaging and promotion materials with innovative ideas

Developing all design concepts and consequent images, drawing, materials, photo & video editing

Participate in product research and brainstorming of new product ideas

Responsible for graphic design for both printed and online marketing materials

Assist exhibition design and marketing events; decoration & display and other design duties as assigned

Provide direction, guidance to teammates to meet timely deliveries and control the quality

Collaborate with teammate in HK, China and AP

Requirements:

High diploma or above in Design or related disciplines

Creative, Diligent and with strategic mindset about Graphic design

At least 5+ years hands on design experience preferably in drinkware

A keen interest in beverage industry and products

Good in design software such as Photoshop, Corel Draw, Adobe products ( AI / PS / AE) etc.

Proficiency in MS Office application (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

Self- motivation, work independently and under tight schedules

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese and Mandarin

Occasional travel to Mainland China is required
