Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic Service Team at nextRoles.
Salary
The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Proactively diagnose and resolve complex hardware and networking issues for clients, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
• Provide exceptional technical support and assistance via various channels, including phone, email, and chat, fostering strong relationships with clients.
• Accurately document all support interactions and maintain comprehensive records of support tickets, facilitating seamless knowledge transfer and process improvement.
• Maintain optimal system performance by proactively addressing potential issues before they impact users, guaranteeing a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance systems and processes, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
• Deliver engaging training sessions for users on software and system usage best practices, promoting efficient workflows and optimal results.
Requirements
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience in computer networking, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise technical explanations to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Microsoft products and a strong understanding of computer networking fundamentals.
• A team player with a strong work ethic, able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• New graduates or individuals with relevant experience will be considered.
