Responsibilities
• Support and maintain endpoint devices, including physical & virtual desktops, mobile devices, and ensure operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide 2nd tier user support, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Deploy group policies for PC configurations and security hardening, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Develop scripts for automation, streamlining processes and improving productivity.
• Perform regular security updates, such as Windows patch installation and HW firmware updates, to maintain a secure environment.
• Perform administrative work, IT asset inventory control, and prepare reports to inform business decisions.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, ensuring accurate and up-to-date knowledge of IT systems and processes.
Requirements:
• Hold a degree or higher diploma in IT or a related discipline.
• Have 2-3 years of work experience in financial institutions or sizeable firms.
• Have experience in supporting Virtual Desktop Environment, such as VMWare Horizon, vSphere.
• Familiar with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and common desktop applications.
• Familiar with group policies administration and PowerShell scripting.
• Display customer-orientated, team-player skills with good communication skills, be proactive, independent, self-driven, and eager to learn.
• Have a good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
