Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Carrier. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining effective communications with customers and field team members to better understand support requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Develops diverse product knowledge and performs diagnostic procedures to resolve design/system related problems.
• Analyzes and interprets test information to resolve technical issues.
• Contacts customers frequently requiring a high degree of tact and courtesy to maintain and build good rapport.
• Maintains accurate records of customer interactions and support activities.

Requirements

Requires theoretical to advanced knowledge obtained through a University degree, combined with experience. Practical knowledge of Carrier organization, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work. University Degree or equivalent. A minimum of 3 years prior relevant experience.
