Operation Officer, Intermodal Connectivity

Responsibilities:
• Assist in the management of SkyPier Terminal (SPT) operations and the development of SPT transfer services; perform remedial responses to various kinds of operational issues and regulate works and activities in SPT to maintain smooth operations
• Act as the focal point of contact with SPT stakeholders, prepare and disseminate updates of SPT operational information with the fulfillment of regulatory compliance
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure operation procedures and contingency plans are in place to cope with the latest developments and facilitate the necessary drills and exercises
• Perform backend processing of tax refund operations, including daily refund verification and billing settlement with liaison among airlines and handling agents
• Assist in data processing and analysis for the trend of traffic and service performance
• Prepare regular reports and meetings of SPT operations for stakeholders including government departments and airlines
