Responsibilities
• Develop a new operating model by assessing current work processes and incorporating improved operating procedures.
• Perform feasibility studies and pilot projects to deploy new technologies in business improvement areas.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project goals and plans, ensuring successful deliverables.
• Monitor and evaluate operational performance according to project proposals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest performance enhancement trends in the logistics industry.
• Lead and motivate project teams, providing coaching and facilitating cross-departmental communication and collaboration.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, operations management, IT, or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in business analysis, process transformation, procedure design, or service quality improvement, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge in air cargo terminal operations or logistics is preferred.
• Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative and interested in innovation and new technologies.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
