Our client who is an active leader in Business Services and foot catering is now in search of an Account Manager to join the high performing team.
Job Description
• Supporting & motivating the team to achieve a best-in-class services
• Overseeing the daily operations of the above functions through direct interface and communication with the lead members of each team
• Working with corporate client to ensure that goals and expectations are fully understood, and then communicating such expectations to the staff
• Maintaining close communications with the client to ensure that the Services teams are meeting and exceeding expectations on an ongoing basis
• Provide effective training and coaching to all team members, ensuring their performances are up to standards
• Developing quarterly action plans for the completion of projects designed to improve services and enhance customer satisfaction
• Overseeing the implementation of necessary administrative duties such as scheduling, payroll, etc.
• Managing all financial aspects in commercial operations
Job Requirements:
• Degree in Hospitality, Operations Management, BBA or other related disciplines;
• Minimum 10 years of work experience in hospitality / catering operations with proven track record in supervisory level and people development;
• Good business acumen with strong passion in food & beverage industry;
• Good command of both written and spoken English
