Assistant Distribution Centre Operations Manager

• Position
• Responsible for implementation of Warehouse Management System (WMS) for Regional Distribution Centre (RDC).
• Act as the key user role of WMS and liaise with stakeholder to meet SLA.
• Monitor the performance of 3PL logistics supplier.
• Ensure smooth and accurate operation in RDC to support business needs.
• Job responsibilities
• Act as key user and expert of internal Warehouse Management System for Regional Distribution Centre.
• Prepare user manual of Warehouse Management System and arrange regular refreshment training to external warehouse operations team.
• Perform UAT / regression test for WMS & SAP.
• Ensure 3PL to achieve on-time and smooth operation process in RDC operation to support business need.
• Monitor 3PL performance to ensure SLA and KPI targets are met.
• Evaluate existing operation process, space layout to optimize space utilization and operation efficiency.
• Ensure accuracy of inventory and identify and resolve any inventory discrepancies.
• Identify and execute continuous process improvement of the RDC.
• Prepare warehouse related reports.
• Support line manager on ad-hoc projects.
• Profile
• Bachelor or above in Logistics or related disciplines.
• At least 6 years working experience in warehousing operations, ideally in luxury retail.
• Strong comprehensive knowledge of warehouse management system (SAP & Reflex WMS), inventory control.
• Experience in launching warehouse management system is a plus.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office with advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills.
• Able to work under multi-tasking environment and be flexible in adapting to changing priorities.
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Experience in project management will be a plus.
