Responsibilities:
> Overseeing 6-8 treatment centres on sales & operations and staffing in Hong Kong. Reporting to senior management.
> Plan and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals and objectives, prepare different analysis and insights for management.
> Managing P&L and control, operation cost and labour cost to meet budget.
> Work closely with functional teams like IT, HR, Marketing, Medical Admin on staffing need, marketing promotion and operation management.
> Provide effective team leadership and motivate people to meet sales and operation KPI.
> Perform ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
> Diploma holder or above
> With 5+ years supervisory experience in sales management in retail, beauty, healthcare industry.
> Capable to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
> Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
> In-depth knowledge of the industry and market conditions, including trends, competitors, and customer needs.
> Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to stay ahead of the competition.
> Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
> Proficient in Microsoft Office.
