The Job
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks and computer peripherals
• Monitoring and maintaining applications, computer systems and networks
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Identifying and resolving technical issues
• Providing technical support customer (this may be on-site or over the phone)
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
• Testing new technology
• Documenting process and preforming diagnostic tests

The Person
• Diploma or Degree in IT or related discipline
• At least two years of relevant experience on IT Support
• 2-3 years of MS Power Automate / MS Power Platform experience
• Good hardware, operation system (Windows Server), Web server (IIS), network, database (MSSQL) and Virtual Machine (VM) knowledge
• Experience in projects such as Windows upgrade, application implementation
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese
