Job Duties
• Lead an application team to implement digital solutions to support business operations with microservice architecture
• Manage full software development life cycle and prepare related system documents
• Setup and maintain CI/CD pipeline to streamline development processes
• Work with the operations team to support production release and on-going system maintenance
• Discover and evaluate new technologies to support business needs and strategy

You will be involved
• Responsible for business requirement gathering, system analysis, system design
• Participate application development and system integration
• Lead and supervise the technical team, manage team resources to optimize the team's efficiency and performance
• Advise on technical solution including application, architecture
• Optimize and standardize system process & workflow, recommend cost effective solution options to meet the business needs
• Liaise with business and other system teams to formulate project plan and manage according to standard methodology
• Provide application support and troubleshoot various internal application systems

Requirements
• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Engineering or related disciplines.
• Minimum 15 years working experience in web application design and software development
• Solid experience in leading a team and system design
• Must be able to produce detailed system requirements specifications, data, and test plans, using standardized documentation methods
• Solid full stack development experience: Java with Spring Framework / Spring Boot, Nodejs, Reactjs, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Webpack, Vitejs
• Good understanding in microservice architecture with Docker and public cloud (e.g. AWS)
• Sound knowledge or hands-on experience in the following areas:
• DevOps or CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins, Git, Jira) and test automation
• Agile methodology
• REST API design and system integrations
• Experience in UI/UX is a huge plus
• Good team player and interpersonal skills, with high level of personal accountability
• Good analytical, presentation, problem solving and communication skills
• Experience in DevOps is an advantage
