Fullstack System Analyst / Software Engineer

Responsibilities:
Strong understanding of programming languages, frameworks, and tools in Java
development
Collaborate with a team to develop applications and services using Agile
development methods
Work on user interfaces, server-side logic, databases, and integrations with third-
party services
Lead junior team members in system enhancement development and resolving
production incidents
Design technical solutions based on business requirements
Utilize tools and ingenuity to identify and resolve defects proactively
Evaluate and recommend potential solutions based on technical and business
considerations
Contribute to the success of the organization by delivering high-quality software
solutions

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Minimum 4-6 years for Software development
Recent experience with Java, Java SpringBoot / React Native / NodeJS / SQL
Familiarity with web libraries and frameworks like ReactJS and Angular
Proficient in conducting technical analysis, independent troubleshooting, and
proposing solutions
Effectively use tools and ingenuity to identify and fix defects before they become
a problem
Experience in leading a team of 2-5 junior developers for System Analyst
Knowledge of MongoDB
Proficiency in Agile Development practices
Strong communication skills in both English and Cantonese
