Join our client, a leading company in the civil and construction industry, known for delivering high-quality products and services. We are looking for a proactive and driven Senior/Technical Sales Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales and project management, who is eager to explore new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Report to the National Sales Manager/Sales Account Manager on sales performance and project follow-ups, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Explore new business opportunities by establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with clients, and effectively managing these accounts.
• Initiate and execute sales action plans as directed by supervisors to achieve sales targets, ensuring that all strategies are aligned with company objectives.
• Liaise with clients and site personnel to gather specifications or secure direct sales of the company’s products and services, ensuring all client needs are met.
• Monitor project progress from initial negotiation through to after-sales follow-up, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained and the company’s image is upheld.
Requirements and Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing, with solid experience in project management within the Civil/Construction industry being highly preferable.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Cantonese.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing projects successfully.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per month
