Location: Hong Kong

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Analyst / Security Risk Manager to join our team in Hong Kong. This role will focus on ensuring compliance with security regulations and managing security risks to protect our organization’s assets and data.

Key Responsibilities:
• Risk Assessment and Compliance:
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including data protection and privacy laws.
• Security Controls Management:
• Implement and manage security controls to protect sensitive information and infrastructure.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt new security solutions to counter emerging cyber threats.
• Incident Response and Reporting:
• Participate in the development and execution of incident response plans.
• Document and report security incidents, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders.
• Cybersecurity Awareness:
• Develop and conduct cybersecurity awareness training programs for staff.
• Promote good cyber hygiene practices across the organization.
• Policy Development:
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of cybersecurity policies, standards, and guidelines.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure adherence to security protocols.

Qualifications:
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on network security / risk management & compliance preferred.
• Hands-on experience with security technologies and frameworks (e.g., firewalls, IDS/IPS, DLP).
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSP) are highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Cantonese is required.
