Our client is a well-known local financial institution in Hong Kong. They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Security Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement cyber security strategies and policies to protect the company's digital assets and information.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability testing to identify potential security threats.
• Manage the Security Operations Center (SOC)
• Liaise with internal and external auditors in performing cyber resilience assessment and intelligence-led cyber attack simulation testing (iCAST)
• Define the cyber security and resilience requirements, work with relevant parties on architectural design for the projects and on-going enhancements
• Monitor and analyze security systems and networks for any suspicious activity or breaches.
• Stay updated on the latest cyber security trends and technologies to continuously improve the company's security measures.
• Communicate with senior management and stakeholders on the status of the company's cyber security posture.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cyber security management.
• Strong understanding of cyber security principles, technologies, and best practices.
• Experience with risk assessment and vulnerability testing tools.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiar with ISO27001 and HKMA CFI 2.0 framework, technology risk management and cyber security related guidelines. Certification of CISA, CISM, CDPSE, CISSP and/or CEH is preferred.
• Experience in developing and implementing disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
