Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst / Software QA Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for digital projects and a keen interest in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Business Analysis:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze and translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Software Quality Assurance:
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications.
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure software quality.
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues throughout the testing process.
• Digital Project Exposure:
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) for digital projects.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are met and deliverables are on schedule.
• Contribute to project meetings, status updates, and reporting.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Information Technology).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in business analysis, software testing, or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with digital project management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills
• Experience with software testing tools and methodologies.
• Knowledge of SQL or other database querying languages.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
