Job Responsibilities:
Provide a full spectrum of administrative support.
Prepare meeting minutes, service reports and necessary materials.
Work closely with project teams to supporting project planning and execution.
Track project expenses and efficiently allocation resources.
Prepare reports including Project Progress Report, Weekly Activities and Analysis Report.
Requirement:
Higher Diploma or above in Business, IT or related disciplines
1 year or above working experience
Proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint etc.
Experienced in project management tools is a plus
Good command of written and spoken English and Fluency in Cantonese
Detail-oriented and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
Good time management
