Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and social media platforms.
Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
Understand the features and benefits of company’s products and solutions, and effectively communicate them to prospective customers
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach, presentations, and closing deals
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns
Provide feedback to the product and course development teams based on customer needs and market trends
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales pipeline in the CRM system
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
5+ years of sales experience in the IT consulting sector, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Familiarity with IT solutions and consulting services is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a strategic mindset.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Fluent in English and Cantonese; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
