New Business Development, Broker Channel - Health Insurer

About the Company
My client is a renowned Health Insurer with a global presence.
About the Job
• Identify and cultivate new business prospects,
• Represent the brand to potential clients through in-person meetings, phone calls, and emails, ensuring all communications uphold the highest standards of professionalism and cultural awareness
• Proactively manage the sales process, including lead generation, presenting credentials, addressing objections, negotiating terms, and closing deals
• Maintain and oversee the sales pipeline within Salesforce
• Manage and align client and intermediary expectations regarding service standards
• Comply with Best Practice Processes, Service Standards, and all relevant legal and regulatory requirements, including the fair treatment of customers
Requirements
• Degree holder
• IIQE papers 1 and 2 are highly preferred
• Over 5 years of experience in sales and account management experience, with a proven sales track record
• Demonstrated knowledge of the medical / health insurance market, products, and regulations
• Exceptional communication abilities, adept at engaging with stakeholders at all levels
• A self-started who is also self-motivated
• Proficiency in spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin, and excellent in English
