The Position

The Position
• Support marketing and sales team and facilitate the new product launch and customer engagement event.
• Closely work with regional and global support team to maintain the product stability an enhance the customer experience.
• Provide first line instrument support at customer sites, such as customer training, application setup, corrective & preventive maintenance, installation, hardware and software modification.
• Provide remote support through Digital Service Solution.
• Provide professional service / application training to customers and peers.
• Update and communicate service/application/product information regularly.
• Well documented service / application information in the CRM system.
• Closely work with cross-functional teams as required to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Meet service / application KPIs and participate in continuous improvements.
• Carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• More experience will be considered as Senior service engineer / Senior Application specialist.
Requirements
• University graduate in Biomedical / Biochemistry/ Medical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 3 years’ experience in the medical services field, With field experience in Mass Spectrometry/ LCMS - Liquid Chromatography Mass Spectrometry/ FLOW/ and related technical background
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows OS installation and operation.
• Customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge in computer interface and remote diagnostics is a definite advantage.
• Basic knowledge in IT and networking.
• Good writing/documentation skills in English.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Proactive, responsible, professional, courteous, good communication skills and good team player.
