We help companies define peer groups, benchmark and price jobs and create enterprise-wide compensation structures. We advise on organizational structure and design and implement job family architecture and job leveling methodologies, factoring in links to competencies and other talent management programs.
Our proprietary approach to job architecture and leveling helps clients create a framework that embeds a consistent and efficient reward strategy across the organization, while also clarifying roles and responsibilities to ensure that every employee knows how he or she contributes to key business goals.
The Role
As an Analyst in Work & Rewards, you will work beside some of the industry’s experienced consultants while you develop consulting technical knowledge and skills. You will have immediate exposure to real client assignments which will draw on your imagination and creativity as well as your ability to analyze information, draw conclusions and present results. These experiences will help build your technical knowledge and overall industry expertise while you benefit from more structured learning interventions that are tailored to the business area you join.
Performance Objectives:
• Collect and analyses data through market research including in-house and other data sources;
• Prepare letters and reports, client presentations and meetings, and proposals;
• Summarize and form conclusions based on analysis, and presenting results internally and with clients;
• Interact with clients in client engagements;
• Develop technical knowledge surrounding rewards, talent and performance management.
Qualifications
The Requirements
• Experience in adding value to client business results (ideally in a consulting role).
• Bachelor’s degree above in economics, human resources, psychology, management, finance, mathematics, statistics, social science or any other major with significant quantitative course work, and a strong academic record
• A problem solver: Be able to identify and solve challenging problems
• Analytical: Be able to draw conclusions from data in a logical, systematic way.
• Capability to develop and participate in business presentations
• Able to produce high quality written work, such as business reports or proposals
• Able to convey ideas in coherent, fluent and logical manner
