The Role:
You will work beside experienced consultants, developing consulting technical knowledge and skills, with immediate exposure to real client assignments.
Performance Objectives:
• Collect and analyze data through market research
• Prepare letters, reports, client presentations and proposals
• Summarize and form conclusions based on analysis, presenting results internally and with clients
• Interact with clients in client engagements
• Develop technical knowledge surrounding rewards, talent and performance management
