Project Manager (Architect) - Leading HK Developer

KITE Search are currently working with one of the leading real estate developers in Hong Kong. They are renowned for their luxury residential & commercial projects across Hong Kong. They have on hand a number of large scale projects at the moment and are looking to expand their team, for this reason they are looking to hire a Project Manager (Architecture) to add to their project development team.

Your key focus will be across the implementation of the achitectural design and delivery ensuring quality, delivery and budgets are met without exception.

Duties:
• Maintain contact with Architect consultancies and ensure all designs are delivered in line with the overall plan.
• You will work in a team alongside the construction manager and project managers, with visibility across all the contractors and subcontractors.
• As a Project Manager you will showcase your project management skills providing leadership across the project development team.
• Full spectrum oversight of Architecture & Design, Planning, fit out
• Be seen as a project leader and drive the business developing good relationships across all external consultants and stakeholders

Requirements:
• Previous experience working with a HK Developer with knowledge of HK zoning and building requirements
• Degree qualified in Architecture / HKIA Registered Architect
• Ability to oversee multiple projects at the same time
• Fluency in English & Cantonese
• 7 years + experience of working on similar luxury residential / commercial projects
• A strong sense of design and the ability to deliver practical results.
