Senior Project Manager (Architect) - Famous HK Developer

KITE Search are currently working with one of the leading real estate developers in Hong Kong as they look to expand their portfolio. Renowned for their luxury residential & commercial projects across Hong Kong, Asia & Europe they are now looking to build their Hong Kong team.

With projects in hand already and others in the pipeline this is a fantastic time to be part of a growing team, for this reason we are now searching for a Senior Project Manager - Architecture who has demonstrated experience of delivering large scale commercial & mixed use projects.

Requirements:
• Degree holder or above in Architecture or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years post qualification experience in property development projects, preferably working for a sizeable property developer or large consultant firms
• Relevant professional qualifications and possess hands on experience in handling sizable projects in Hong Kong / Overseas
• Member of RIBA or HKIA and Authorised Person preferred
• Responsible with strong leadership and project management skills
• Fluent English and Chinese (written and spoken)
