Company Description
Our client is a well-established catering company with stable financial foundation and expanding business. Because of business needs, they are looking for a Project Manager to join and led the team and vendors. You will gain a stable career path in this expanding organization.
Responsibilities
• Lead and manage a team to ensure successful planning, execution, and completion of new retail store construction and engineering projects.
• Develop and implement project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of all construction and engineering works for new retail store openings.
• Oversee the selection and management of external vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure high-quality work and adherence to project timelines and budgetary constraints.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including retail operations, design, and finance teams, to align project objectives with business goals and ensure seamless integration of new stores into the retail network.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes, optimize resource utilization, and mitigate risks throughout the construction and engineering project lifecycle.
• Proactively identify and resolve project-related issues, conflicts, and obstacles to ensure smooth project delivery and minimize disruptions to the retail store opening schedule.
• Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to senior management and key stakeholders, providing regular updates and recommendations to address any challenges or deviations from the project plan.
Requirements
• Degree or above in Facilities Management/Building Services/Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years relevant working experience, preferably in F&B/retail client side
• Strong technical knowledge
• Independent, self-motivated, and can-do attitude
• Relevant professional qualification will be an advantage
• Knowledge of Food License will be an advantage
• Fluency in Chinese and English.
