An international Commercial Real Estate firm in Hong Kong are recruiting for a skilled project manager to oversee the design and implementation of an office interior projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from initial planning stages through to completion, ensuring that it is delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
• Develop a detailed project plan, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation etc
• Manage the construction process, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with all relevant regulations
• Work closely with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the project is delivered on time and within budget
• Communicate regularly with all stakeholders to provide updates on the project's progress and ensure that everyone is aligned on goals and timelines
• Identify and manage project risks, proactively addressing any issues that arise
• Ensure that all project documentation is up-to-date and accurate
• Participate in client presentations and tender submissions
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management / Construction Management / Quantity Surveying / Interior Design
• Experience in a similar role, ideally with commercial real estate background / office interior fitting out
• Minimum 5 years experience, more senior candidates to be considered for the role of Senior PM
• Client facing & presentable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
• Fluency in English & Cantonese a must
