Alibaba Cloud - Account Manager(web3 / Retail)(Contract)
Location: Causeway Bay, Hong Kong
Job Description:
Maintain and generate regular reports for enterprise customers.
Developing existing business and new high-level client relationships.
Understanding client needs and tailoring custom solutions through consultative selling.
Responding to RFPs, making compelling business cases, and contracting for work.
Collaborating with internal and external partners from sale through implementation.
Streamlining processes and effectively leading sales activities and forecasting.
Handling client and internal expectations.
Initiate meetings and activities for key accounts.
Requirements:
1-3 year’s experience working within a high-growth, internet or IT company, understanding of cloud compute industry.
Frontend sales experience and sales operation experience are preferred.
Candidate having experience to support local Enterprise Company or Utility will be an advantage, preferably with solid sales experience in Public Cloud / SaaS / ISV vendor
Fluent English and Mandarin with written and verbal communication skills. Able to team work with team members across regions under high pressure circumstance.
Motivated self-starter, proactive and action-oriented; Enthusiastic willingness to learn new technologies and space, strong pioneering and innovative spirit.
Data analysis skills to support monitor setup and result measurement.
