You will serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for strategic client accounts. In this role, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement and achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
You will own the full sales cycle, from lead generation to close, and be accountable for meeting both revenue-based and non-revenue based key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the voice of the customer, collecting valuable feedback to guide product and service enhancements
• Achieve sales quotas and own the complete sales process from initial contact to final purchase
• Meet or exceed assigned revenue and non-revenue based performance targets
• Establish, nurture and grow strong client relationships at both the operational and executive levels
• Collaborate with the channel team to manage, develop and expand the partner ecosystem to support sales goals
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and the evolving needs of your clientele to inform your account growth strategy
• Educate the internal team on customer insights to ensure alignment and successful account management
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of the company's solution portfolio and be an effective solution evangelist
• Actively participate in and support the organization's marketing and demand generation initiatives
• Demonstrate solid sales forecasting abilities by leveraging in-depth knowledge of the sales cycle
• Uphold strong sales discipline and effectively utilize the company's forecasting tools
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Minimum 10 years of quota-carrying IT solutions sales and account management experience, with at least 3 years focused on the public sector in Hong Kong and Macau
• Proven track record in selling enterprise software, cloud-based security solutions, modern application technologies and cloud networking products
• Demonstrated expertise in leveraging a team sales approach and multi-stakeholder coverage model
• Fluency in account planning, as well as spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Established relationships with public sector IT management executives
• Proficient in navigating public sector tendering processes
• Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and influencing skills
• Proven abilities in business co-development with channel partners
• Strong time management, pipeline development and forecasting capabilities
• Keen interest in understanding global and local e-government trends and related technologies
• Comfortable working with data and numbers in sales and business development activities
