Account Manager (IT Solution)

Your responsibilities:
• Engage with clients to market and sell IT solutions, including Cloud, Storage, and Server offerings.
• Analyze and define customer requirements, recommending the best solutions to meet their needs.
• Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements:
• Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
• At least 1 year of experience in account management in IT industry is a MUST.
• Good knowledge of IT solutions, including storage and server solutions, Cloud services, and virtualization solutions.
