We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Elegant, a market leader in the Ecommerce / Marketplaces industry. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing programs that drive business growth and enhance customer engagement.
About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with content marketing and design teams to create engaging content across various channels, including the company website, social media, and email marketing campaigns. Your expertise in Google Ads and Facebook Ads will enable you to develop effective ad strategies that drive conversions and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives and brand plans.
• Create and manage high-performing ad campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
• Analyze campaign results and provide actionable insights to optimize performance and improve ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing initiatives.
• Monitor and report on key metrics, including website traffic, engagement rates, and conversion rates.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in an Ecommerce or Marketplaces environment.
• Expertise in Google Ads and Facebook Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, and analysis.
• Strong analytical skills, with ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and project management skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
