About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Christian Dior Couture as a Social Media Executive, where you will play a key role in shaping the company's social media strategy and executing campaigns that drive business results.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the HQ team to develop and implement a comprehensive social media plan that aligns with the company's business objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify local market needs and deliver market-specific KPIs.
• Lead the development and execution of paid social campaigns to achieve brand and business objectives.
• Manage and optimize social media content across multiple platforms, including Meta, TikTok, X, Snapchat, Kakao, and Line.
• Provide expert guidance to agencies on social media performance and content execution, including post format, targeting, and analytics.
• Deliver actionable insights from consolidated social data and reports to inform business decisions.
• Ensure seamless workflow with the HQ Social Media Team, Local Performance Marketing Team, and external agencies.
• Consolidate regular competitive and post-campaign reports across APAC.
About You
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Executive who possesses:
• A university degree in a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in social media, preferably in an agency or luxury retail business.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese language skills.
• Strong attention to detail, target-oriented, flexible, and a team player with a good sense of luxury fashion.
