Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing to achieve business goals based on projects’ objectives.
• Guide and provide support to APAC markets for social media channel management
• Responsible for website related user experience - content change coordination, traffic and conversion to website and ecommerce site, search & performance
• Conduct data analytics for marketing campaigns to provide performance reports and insights for campaign optimization.
• Help define business requirements, operational metrics, key performance indicators and develop roadmap with local markets
• Work closely with technical and content teams in HQ
Requirements:
• University Graduate or above in Marketing and or PR communications
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin and or other languages
• At least 8 years + of professional experience within FMCG or luxury retails
• With solid experience/knowledge in Korean market
• Microsoft Office – Words, Excel and PowerPoint, Access
• Highly organized, excellent interpersonal skills, proactive and energetic
• Self-motivated, aggressive, positive thinking, and good creativity
• Good leadership and management skills
• Analytical skills in numbers
• Strong presentation skills
