Job Responsibilities• Prepare and follow up POs with clients in Asia• Issue invoice and packing list• Coordinate with Factories, Clients, Forwarders, Warehouse, and Internal Departments on delivery arrangements to ensure smooth operations• Preparing reports and conducting inventory control• Ad-hoc duties as assignedNecessary Skill / Experience • Diploma or above • At least 3 years of sales support experience, ideally in a Japanese company• Fluent in English and Chinese• Japanese ability would be an advantage• Knowledge in SAP preferred• Proficient in MS Office
