Risk, Business Analyst/PM

About the Role: Partnering with a global and leading insurance firm, seeking a skilled Business Analyst/PM, Risk (1-Year Contract, Extend/Perm) to support the team and the business unit for operational risk. Key Responsibilities Manage project timelines and collect functional requirements between the risk and internal teams Support and improve the implementation and governance of the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) framework Assess and identify areas of improvement across risk processes and control systems Utilize data analytics to monitor onboarding progress, improve Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), and assist with operational risk control automation Work closely with other departments, such as finance, compliance, and internal audit, and oversee change management activities, including documentation, policy interpretation, etc Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in business analysis, operational risk, and project management Ideally have experience working in the insurance industry Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese Ability to work independently and as part of a team Data analytics skillset, Advanced level Excel and Power BI would be advantageous Alternatively, you can send your updated resume to "dalvinder.kaur@ecmanagedsolutions.com"
