About the Role:
Partnering with a reputable and high-profile enterprise, is seeking a Change and Learning Analyst (1-Year Contract, Extend/Perm) to join their change management team.
This role will help manage change initiatives and project support as part of a multi-year Digital Transformation Programme, with exciting career opportunities.
Requirements:
• Assist the team in implementing the digital transformation change strategy by collaborating with internal and external teams
• Co-create and design engaging content, including communication materials and success story videos to enhance user adoption
• Support with the Training team to facilitate effective training communications and support in-person and online training sessions.
• Work closely with change team for project coordination and updating progress on timeline and milestones
• Contribute to documentation and updating content for the digital platform
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, project management, or transformation
• Excellent communication skills in both English, and Cantonese.
• Experience providing internal training, user adoption workshops and creating training content
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and design tools like Canva.
